Remembering Hammersmith is an impression of Gustav Holst's "Hammersmith," composed for my younger students.

Program Notes
As a high school student, I discovered the music of Gustav Holst. His music is moving, energetic, and full of rich and exotic harmonies. In 1930, Holst composed a masterful piece titled "Hammersmith," named after the city he had known for over 40 years.
